Hayley is a neurodiversity-affirming speech-language pathologist who has been with Building Bridges Therapy since 2021. She provides strengths-based, evidence-based therapy for children from birth through young adulthood, specializing in AAC, gestalt language processing, and speech and language development. Her sessions are child-led and sensory-based, with a focus on regulation, engagement, and meaningful communication. Hayley values collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams and enjoys mentoring graduate students and Clinical Fellows. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and her Master’s degree from Tennessee State University. She is both PROMPT-trained and an AAC+NLA-trained clinician.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys fostering animals, weekend adventures, and spending time with friends and family.
